- No. Drafthorse is month-to-month. Cancel anytime. If you pay annually you save ~16%.
- Is pricing per user?
- No. Each plan includes the users most shops need at that stage. Add extra users for $25/month each instead of moving the whole company into a per-seat bill.
- What does payment processing cost?
- We pass through trade-friendly card and ACH rates — typically 2.6% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped for ACH. No add-on subscription.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yep — up or down, any time. We prorate the change to the day.
- Do you import from Jobber, Housecall Pro, or QuickBooks?
- Yes. Customers, estimates, and historical jobs migrate over in an afternoon. We do the import for Growth and Operator customers.
- What about my team?
- Growth includes 5 users and Operator includes 10. Larger crews, multi-location teams, and franchise groups can use custom Scale pricing.
